How to Request Account Deletion
Send an email to Teenpattiorbit@outlook.com.
Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
In the email, please include the following information:
- The email address associated with your account (if applicable).
- Your player ID/User ID/Account ID or username (User can find it from settings/profile screen from application).
Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and permanently delete your account and all related data within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is completed.
Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- All your game progress, virtual items, and rewards will be lost and cannot be recovered.
- If you are playing without an account (guest mode), no personal data is stored by us, and no action is required.
